NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR EVENT CANCELLATIONS OR NO-SHOWS. SPORTING CLAY SHOOT REGISTRATION FEES ARE USED FOR FUNDRAISING PURPOSES AND CAN BE USED AS A DONATION TO MON VALLEY HABITAT FOR HUMANITY IN THE EVENT YOU CANCEL YOUR REGISTRATION.
You are advised to consult your professional tax consultant as to the deductibility of your registration Fees. As a 501(c)(3) organization, donations to Mon Valley Habitat for Humanity are tax-deductible.
Fall Fling 2023
Event date & time: September 30th, 10 am - 2 pm Vendor Setup: 9 am $10.00 for 10 x 10 space each. Registration ends September 15th, 2023. Spaces are limited! We appreciate your interest in being a vendor at our Fall Fling Outdoor Market, on September 30th from 10 am to 2 pm. Vendors may start setting up at 9 am. We ask that vendors have their equipment taken down by 4 pm. The registration fee is $10 non-refundable for a 10 x 10 space. Space is limited. Registration ends September 15th, 2023 at 8 pm. The event will be rain or shine. We ask that vendors bring one product to place in our Vendor Raffle Basket. All proceeds from the registration fees & the basket will go to Mon Valley Habitat for Humanity’s mission of building strength and stability through shelter. Thank you for your participation.
